The htc vs apple lawsuit

Hey guys, let's have a touchy debate over the lawsuit made by Apple against HTC, the leading supplier of Android (which is what I think the lawsuit is about tbh)

Apple made a claim that HTC had overcrossed 20 of their patents that were used in HTC's phones, one of which being multitasking! Oh, the irony.

Anyway, I disagree with Apple sueing HTC as they themselves have broken a few patents, Nokia comes to mind. From what i have learnt Nokia has the patent on mobile phone technology, and freely let's other companies use this as long as they get back to them with new technology and let them also use this. Correct me if I am wrong, but Apple fails to abide to this. Hence their sueing. To me it is clear that Nokia will win this one.

HTC on the other hand, is still very debatable. Frankly, I am on HTC's side.
